BHT In Your Pregnancy Diet
Submitted by Natural Baby Pros on Feb 19, 2010
This morning on another one of the big Pregnancy websites I saw a very interesting pregnancy nutrition question from one of their readers.
“Every non-organic cereal in the supermarket contains BHT. Is this safe to eat if it is the last ingredient? Also, can you please tell me which whole wheat, heart-healthy cereals are the safest to consume?”

Apple Cider Vinegar vs Acid Reflux
Submitted by Natural Baby Pros on Jan 29, 2010Acid reflux has been around forever, and one remedy has been around nearly as long is apple cider vinegar.
All forms of vinegar have been touted as having medicinal uses for thousands of years. The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates is said to have prescribed it for everything from ear infections to rashes, and the Chinese have long used it to prevent the spread of viruses. Its use as an astringent, where it is more effective than icepacks, is well known.
